Role & responsibilities We are seeking a Lead Engineer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Python, JavaScript, and full-stack web development. You will lead part of a cross-functional team that develops tools, services, and interfaces that power the ecosystem from backend APIs to web dashboards and smart device integrations. This role entails working under the Founder along with different geography team members, leading a team of junior software developers. Build and maintain Python-based back-end services (REST/GraphQL APIs, QAC). Develop and enhance web applications using JavaScript (React.js, Vue.js, or similar). Collaborate with UX/UI teams to bring intuitive, responsive user experiences to life. Support integration between cloud services and IoT-connected kitchen devices. Write clean, scalable, and testable code with a focus on performance and security. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product discussions. Debug, troubleshoot, and improve performance of web interfaces and backend services. Shopify Integration Preferred candidate profile Exposure to front-end frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. Basic understanding of DevOps concepts (Docker, CI/CD). Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. Familiarity with IoT or connected devices. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
