Lead Engineer Embedded Application - Linux application Platform

As a Lead Engineer / Sr Lead Engineer for Embedded Application, your role involves software development for embedded software products. You will be responsible for reading and understanding system requirements, system test requirements, and establishing a system design approach based on those requirements aligned with the defined coding standards. This is an individual contributor role, and you must have the ability to do hands-on work. You will interact frequently with project management both locally and in the U.S., as well as work with customers at global locations across different time zones. Key Responsibilities: - Understand system requirements, system test requirements, and establish a system design approach aligned with defined coding standards. - Develop TCP/IP applications on Linux. - Implement inter-process communication on Linux. - Utilize various debugging and performance optimization tools on Linux. Qualifications Required: - Education: BE/B.Tech/M. TECH/MCA. - Minimum 5 years of software development experience in embedded systems. - Proficiency in Embedded application development on Linux, strong debugging, and performance profiling skills. - Solid Python/C++ programming skills. - Knowledge of TCP/IP application development on Linux. - Technical expertise in Embedded Linux, Edge device connectivity, inter-process communication, and multithreaded applications. - Good C programming skills. - Ability to use debugging and performance optimization tools on Linux. - Familiarity with Peripheral communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, USB). - Experience in following defined software development processes, including formal documentation for requirements, test procedures, and design. - Experience in code inspections, performance analysis, and optimization on embedded applications. - Passion for learning newer trends and technologies and adapting tools accordingly.,
