Lead Engineer D&C

As a Drilling and Completion Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for providing support in preparing Well Plans, supervising daily Rig, HF, and completion operations, ensuring compliance with safety requirements, coordinating with various departments, maintaining drilling and completion databases, preparing AFE and Budget, monitoring contractor performance, developing Scope of Work and technical specifications, and planning to minimize down hole complications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing support in preparing Well Plans and supervising execution of daily Rig, HF and completion operations as per RIL HSE policies and guidelines. - Ensuring compliance with safety requirements as per DGMS & QA/QC, and carrying out operations in an environmentally responsible way. - Coordinating with G&G, LAQ, and civil for availability of well sites, and participating in joint site surveys. - Maintaining the drilling and completion database updated. - Assisting in preparing AFE and Budget for D&C, monitoring actual well cost vs AFE/Budget, and reviewing and processing Contractors monthly Invoices. - Identifying and addressing critical issues relating to operations and manpower. - Evaluating and monitoring contractor's performance to ensure improvement of their service and compliance with safety, contractual, procedural, and regulatory requirements. - Assisting in developing various Scope of Work and technical specifications for Drilling & Well Completion equipment. - Planning to minimize down hole complications and assisting in resolving such issues as needed. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Petroleum / Mechanical Engineering Experience Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in Drilling and Completion in CBM / upstream (E&P) Oil/Gas industry. Experience in CBM field preferred. Skills & Competencies: - Technical knowledge of planning and execution of drilling, hydraulic fracturing, completion, CTU, and pump setting operations. - Techno-commercial understanding.,
