Job Description

Role Overview: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions using ASP.NET Core, Web API, Angular, and .Net Programming-C#. You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance. Your role will involve providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions, ensuring application performance and quality through testing and debugging, and developing technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using ASP.NET Core, Web API, Angular, and .Net Programming-C#. - Oversee the software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions. - Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through testing and debugging. - Develop and maintain technical documentation. - Stay updated with industry trends and technologies. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate technical requirements. - Manage project timelines and deliverables. - Implement security best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Contribute to the overall success of the company. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong experience in ASP.NET Core, Web API, Angular, and .Net Programming-C#. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills. - Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies. - Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Scrum and JIRA.,
