Job Description

The Salesforce Technical Lead will support the primary Salesforce Technical Lead based in France in guiding the Salesforce team to deliver robust and scalable solutions that support global Leads and Opportunities management processes. You will assist in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices. Working closely with business teams, you will manage a diverse set of requirements and oversee the technical aspects of the Salesforce platform. As a Technical Support and Leadership role, you will assist in the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators is crucial, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security, performance, and integration best practices. Collaborating with business teams, you will gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for successful project completion. Conducting regular code reviews and testing to maintain high standards of code quality is also part of the responsibilities. In terms of Development and Customization, you will develop custom solutions and enhancements using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. Managing technical debt related to old Apex classes, workflows, process builders, etc., and optimizing Salesforce applications for maximum speed and scalability are key tasks. Integrating Salesforce with external systems, overseeing versioning and deployment processes using Git, and working in an Agile SAFE project environment for iterative and incremental delivery of features are important aspects of Integration and Deployment. For Operational Support, you will lead the resolution of Salesforce issues (RUN) to ensure fast delivery, monitor system performance, and proactively address potential issues. Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend and implement improvements is also part of the role. Qualifications: Experience: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation. - Proven experience leading technical teams and managing Salesforce projects. Technical Skills: - Proficient in Apex (Testing, Triggers, Batches, etc.), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, sharing & visibility, and Salesforce APIs. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model. - Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Certifications: - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. - Salesforce Certified Administrator. - A plus: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.,
