Lead Developer - React / Node

Role Overview: As a Lead Developer specializing in React and Node.js, your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications. You will be expected to architect, design, and implement robust, maintainable, and efficient code using React and Node.js. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring, guiding, and managing a team of frontend and backend developers. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using React.js and Node.js. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. - Deep understanding of React concepts (Hooks, Context API, Redux or similar state management). - Backend development expertise using Node.js with Express.js or similar frameworks. - Experience in RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party integrations. - Good knowledge of database technologies: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git. - Understanding of deployment pipelines (CI/CD), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.,
