Lead Developer - Creative Automation

The role of Lead Developer / Dev Lead - Creative Automation (L35) is to provide technical guidance and suggest improvements in development processes, while also developing required software features in compliance with company standards. As the Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of custom workflows for creative production and automation using Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Firefly. Your role will involve architecting and designing scalable solutions that integrate Adobe APIs, mentoring and guiding a team of full-stack developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. You will oversee the development lifecycle, conduct code reviews, and extend integrations with creative partners, cloud services, and APIs to enhance creative automation capabilities. It is essential to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in creative automation. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Node.js and server-side JavaScript, a strong background in cloud services, expertise in workflow design and development for cloud-scale workflows, deep expertise in API development and integration, and a deep understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Firefly. Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks, as well as back-end app development stack and technologies, is required. Excellent leadership and team management skills, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of full-stack development experience and 2 years in a leadership role, is preferred. Experience with creative automation tools and workflows, AI technologies, vision models, multi-modal models, and Adobe's app development framework is highly desirable.
