Lead Design Manager- Workplace

, You will be a key point of contact for our clients and will be coordinating with the Interior design team and the project execution team and other project stakeholders on design deliverables and implementation as per the design intent.You will be based in Bangalore Office and work with offices across India. What Makes The Role Successful

• You will have to manage the design process and bridge the gap between the Concept Designer and the Execution team.
• You will be responsible for implementing an appropriate framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
• You will have to ensure design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales.
• You will have to ensure the Design, QS, and Project Management teams are working closely and aligned to respective deliverables and assignments.
• You will manage the design and site delivery team's performance of delegated responsibilities.
• You will have to support, understand, and advise the client as to the requirements and their obligations in the development of the design.
• You will have to strive to eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction.
• You will coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.
• You will ensure NSV (Net Saleable Value) enhancement.
• You will be responsible for MEP coordination.
• You will handle client management effectively.
  

What We're Looking For

• You are a proficient design management professional with minimum 8 years of experience in the design industry (Interiors and Architecture).
• You have relevant experience of managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects & experience in site coordination.
• You have a degree in Architecture / Interior Designing with a Post graduation in Project management.
• You are tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
• You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
