The primary objective of the role is to spearhead automation initiatives, including Holmes, within the client accounts of a vertical, focusing on enhancing efficiency and productivity in service line offerings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the configuration of applications through subject knowledge and standardize models. Stay updated on automation technology trends, best practices, and account delivery processes. Develop Account Automation Plans in consultation with Account Partners and Delivery teams. Evaluate client needs, develop configurations supporting business processes, and present business case for automation. 2. Coordinate with teams for product development and support automation and governance. Identify innovative solutions for current and future customer needs. Monitor progress of automation projects and resolve escalations. Prepare teams for successful rollouts and provide support for online demonstrations and training. 3. Enable Delivery Teams by providing optimal delivery solutions. Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software, integrating products, technologies, infrastructure, and process applications. Ensure quality assurance and support maintenance Business Unit during troubleshooting and calibration. 4. Capability development: Review upcoming automation trends and technologies, identify capability gaps, and contribute to the development of training modules to enhance team capabilities.
