Lead Delivery - Surgery Speciality (SDS)

As a Lead Delivery- Surgery Speciality (SDS) in Chennai, you will be responsible for the following: - Minimum 6+ years of surgical coding experience. - AAPC/AHIMA Certification is mandatory. - Ensure coding compliance and collaborate with clinical teams to clarify documentation. - Support revenue integrity and documentation improvement. - Review operative reports and clinical documentation to abstract diagnoses and procedures. - Query surgeons/clinicians for clarification when documentation is incomplete. - Support audits, coding quality initiatives, and denials review. - Provide feedback to improve surgical documentation. - Possess strong knowledge of anatomy, surgical terminology & coding guidelines. - Proficiency with EHRs and coding tools. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and billing teams.
