Role Overview: As a member of Caterpillar Inc., you play a crucial role in shaping the world by contributing to the development and testing of new products and services, analyzing existing offerings, and recommending upgrades. Your work involves gathering and documenting user/client requirements, collecting feedback, and suggesting improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products - Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades - Interfacing with manufacturing facilities and IT to standardize data acquisition and analytics - Supporting the organization by fulfilling data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance - Identifying user/client requirements, defining technical specifications, and preparing technical documentation - Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity Qualifications Required: - Expertise in Snowflake SQL & cloud - Strong accuracy and attention to detail, completing tasks with precision - Effective communication skills, transmitting, receiving, and interpreting information accurately - Knowledge of business data analysis techniques and tools - Experience in business assessment, including assessing benefits, risks, and success factors - Proficiency in requirements analysis, documenting business functionality and non-functionality requirements - Skill in technical writing/documentation, producing manuals, reports, and guidelines - Understanding of product design and development, building new products from concept to production - Ability in research analysis, interpreting and evaluating research findings Please Note: Caterpillar Inc. is committed to providing equal opportunities to applicants of all ages.
