Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist - AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning principles, along with a proven track record of delivering innovative data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of AI/ML models and algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities for AI/ML applications.
Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in data science and machine learning.
Conduct research and development to innovate and improve existing AI/ML solutions.
Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Skills and Qualifications

7-12 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
Solid understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar tools.
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying machine learning models.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
