Lead, Data Quality

As Lead, Data Quality, you will oversee and ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of data within Kenvue Operations. You will develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to maintain data standards across Functions. Working closely with stakeholders such as Supply Chain Functions, Data Asset and Data Product Teams, and global process owners, you will promote a culture of data excellence. - Coordinate with global and regional data stewards, business analysts, business SMEs, and data owners to define, develop, and maintain data quality rules and metadata. - Develop and implement data quality rules, thresholds, and standard metrics/quality expectations for data elements supporting critical business processes. - Drive data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment efforts to support Kenvue Operations" digital transformation. - Collate and review data quality requirements from data consumers and SMEs, ensuring completeness, timeliness, and accuracy specifications are met. - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations like GDPR and CCPA. - Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to safeguard sensitive data. - Define governance structures, policies, processes, and metrics to enhance data quality and ownership. - Advance the in-house Data Quality framework with additional capabilities. - Review existing data controls and recommend enhancements aligning with the data strategy. You should possess: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8-12 years of work experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Experience leading projects in Data Quality, Data Governance, or related domains. - Subject matter expertise in data management policy and Issue Management & Resolution. - Strong knowledge of data-related policies and standards. - Ability to understand metadata, data lineages, and definitions. - Proficiency in data analysis, business requirement gathering, dashboarding, and reporting. - Experience with Microsoft Azure, SQL, Python, and Power BI. Desired qualifications include: - CDMA certification. - Proficiency in Python. - Strong IT literacy with experience in SAP ERP Systems, particularly SAP S4 Hana. - Autonomy in work, handling multiple projects simultaneously. - Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach.,
