Job Description: Lead Data Scientist with a strong background in machine learning. You will be collaborating with the Salesforce folks Developers, Leads, Architects and clients to design and implement data-driven solutions. Job Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end data science initiatives aligned with Salesforce data (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce architects, consultants and developers to integrate ML models into Salesforce workflows. Develop data pipelines and manage data quality, transformation and feature engineering from Salesforce and external data sources. Guide data storytelling and present actionable insights to clients and stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Einstein features, GPT/AI capabilities and cloud analytics (Tableau, CRM Analytics). Lead PoCs and pilot AI use cases for clients during pre-sales and project engagements. Required Qualification: 7+ years of hands-on experience in data science with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, NLP and statistical modeling.
