Develop and maintain data models, storage solutions, and data processing workflows to support analytics and business intelligence needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Salesforce Developers, and Business Analysts.
Optimize data solutions for scalability, performance, and security in a cloud environment.
Mentor and lead a team of data engineers.
Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation.
Troubleshoot complex data processing and integration issues.
Proficiency in AWS services: S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, EMR, etc.
Experience in building scalable ETL pipelines.
Good knowledge of SQL, Python, Spark, and Data Modeling.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Exposure to Salesforce integrations is highly desirable.
