Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer with 7+ years of expertise in building and optimizing ETL pipelines, preferably in fast-paced agency or multi-client environments
This hands-on leadership role involves managing pipeline stability and performance within a GCP-based stack ( BigQuery , GCS, Dataprep /Dataflow), improving modularity and error handling, and introducing lightweight governance practices
The role also requires supporting semantic layer development, collaborating with analysts to structure intuitive outputs, and preparing platforms for automation, predictive modeling, and AI-enhanced analysis
Strong SQL, Python, and GCP expertise are critical, along with experience in metadata-driven development, orchestration (Airflow), and version control
The candidate will mentor team members, contribute to documentation and standards, and influence the broader platform direction while ensuring scalable and reliable data infrastructure
