Job Description

As a Lead Consultant-SQL Developer with Python at Genpact, your role involves designing and developing new features/functionality using Python, FCCM, and SQL. You will lead troubleshooting and investigating reported issues, work with complex datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the bank. Your responsibilities include: - Designing and developing new features/functionality using Python, FCCM, and SQL - Leading troubleshooting and investigating reported issues - Working with complex datasets and coordinating with cross-functional teams within the bank - Gathering and analyzing requirements for upcoming work and interfacing with senior stakeholders - Analyzing, developing, testing, and supporting the User Acceptance phase - Developing technical skills and business knowledge - Understanding Mantas/FCCM Data model, experience in data mapping, data quality, and the ecosystem of data warehouse and ETL - Deep diving into issues, engaging with customers, and proposing solutions - Understanding business configurations in the product - Collaborating with technical consultants to translate requirements into configurations - Prioritizing critical activities effectively Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications/Skills: - B.E/B.TECH/Any graduation Equivalent Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Systems/software/application development experience - Strong Python and PL SQL development experience - Previous experience in Oracle Mantas - Strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL - Experience in handling teams in a remote environment setup - Strong desire to learn and apply acquired knowledge/skills - Previous experience working in the Financial Services industry preferable - Good interpersonal skills, written & verbal communication skills Join us at Genpact and be a part of our global team dedicated to delivering outcomes that shape the future!,
