Lead Consultant - SAP SF Employee Central & Time Off

Role Overview: As a Lead Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Off at Birlasoft, your role will involve collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system designs within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. You will guide projects from conception to implementation, ensure timely delivery, and provide expert guidance to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system. - Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications. - Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices. - Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices. - Advise on business process improvement for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enablement initiatives. - Interact with clients to understand business requirements, conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements. - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements. - Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery. - Identify integration issues and develop solutions to address them.
