Job Description

As a Lead Consultant at Genpact, your role will involve configuring the High Radius tool as per design specifications, developing and reviewing project plans, milestones, and deliveries, and effectively engaging with project stakeholders to manage expectations. You will also be responsible for preparing Functional Requirement documents, maintaining application documentation, and providing insights to technical leads and developers to drive innovation and success. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in configuring the tool as per design specifications. - Develop and review project plans, milestones, and deliveries. - Engage with project stakeholders to manage expectations effectively. - Prepare Functional Requirement documents and ensure closure with all stakeholders. - Maintain application documentation in compliance with standards. - Provide insights to technical leads and developers. - Configure and develop reports within the tool. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech), Computer Applications (MCA), or Computer Science (BCA). - Proficient in written and verbal communication. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Relevant experience in the Finance & Accounting domain. - Familiarity with High Radius tool. - Expertise in configuring High Radius. - Strong customer interaction skills. - Demonstrated domain knowledge and operational experience in the OTC domain. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Working knowledge of ERPs such as Oracle, SAP. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions. - Knowledge of writing SQL queries would be advantageous.
