Job Summary
As a Lead Consultant specializing in FEA analysis, you will play a pivotal role in leading project teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to timelines and quality standards. Your expertise in performance and safety, along with proficiency in Hypermesh, will be crucial in guiding the technical design and ensuring alignment with industry standards. You will also contribute to the professional growth of team members through mentorship and training. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Design And Develop Custom Tools Utilizing Hypermesh For Fea Analysis Based On Client Specifications, Ensuring They Meet Performance And Safety Criteria.2. Lead The Technical Design Process By Determining The Optimal Configuration Of Modules And Databases For Fea Applications, Aligning Solutions With Business Requirements And Industry Best Practices.3. Prepare Capability Presentations And Assessments To Effectively Communicate Project Proposals And Technical Solutions To Clients.4. Coordinate Project Management Activities Including The Creation Of Project Plans, Resource Allocation, And Facilitation Of Team Activities To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Solutions.5. Mentor And Train Consulting Team Members To Enhance Their Skills In Fea Analysis And Hypermesh, Fostering Professional Growth And Knowledge Sharing Within The Team.Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency In Fea Analysis, With A Strong Understanding Of Performance And Safety Principles.2. Advanced Skills In Hypermesh For Modeling And Simulation Tasks.3.
