Lead Consultant-Digital services- Backend (.net)-Bhopal/Vadodara

You will be responsible for the following key accountabilities: - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# and ASP.NET code. - Adhere to BDO REST API Framework & Guidelines, C# Coding Guidelines, and BDO Development Guidelines. - Ensure the application performance, quality, and responsiveness through efficient code. - Ensure the application security by adhering to Secure Development Policy. - Identify bottlenecks and bugs and identify solutions to these problems. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. - Develop and maintain backend integrations with Microsoft SharePoint, including custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx). - Implement and manage SharePoint REST API for backend communication. - Collaborate with frontend developers and SharePoint administrators to deliver integrated solutions. - Maintain documentation for SharePoint-related backend processes and integrations. Qualifications, Experience, Skills: - College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science. - Proficient skill level with 2 to 7 years" industry experience. - C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web Services, JavaScript, TypeScript, XML. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. - Comfortable with different source code management tools. - Familiarity with Agile Project Management methodologies desired. - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. - Able to exercise independent judgement and act on it. - Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. - Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills. - Strong relationship, interpersonal, and team skills. - Highly self-motivated and directed. - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.,
