Job Title: Lead Commissioning (Oil & Gas / Refinery) Location: Numaligarh, Assam, India Experience: 10-15 Years Job Description: Lead and manage commissioning activities for refinery process units and utilities. Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures. Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure readiness of systems through pre-commissioning and functional checks. Prior experience in refinery Turnaround and Shutdown projects is a major plus. Enforce HSE compliance throughout commissioning and start-up phases. Troubleshoot plant start-up issues and optimize performance. Support performance testing and final handover to operations. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reporting. Excellent leadership, communication, and multi-disciplinary coordination skills required
