We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to manage a small team and drive requirements for a next-generation low latency, real-time (streaming) market data platform. This role combines leadership with hands-on analysis and close collaboration with global stakeholders.
Lead and mentor a team of Streaming Market Data Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Define and maintain standards for requirements documentation and analysis
Own the requirements and testing strategy for multiple data sources and client interfaces
Partner with product and technology teams to prioritize features and manage delivery timelines
Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
8 years experience, including 5+ years in real-time market data or financial technology, including market data protocols (e.g. FIX, ITCH, or similar) and data distribution technologies (e.g. multicast SBE distribution, API-based delivery)
Proven leadership experience managing Business Analysts or similar roles
Strong understanding of streaming data concepts and integration practices
Hands-on experience with requirements engineering and agile methodologies
Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), version control tools (e.g., Git), agile project tools (e.g., Jira), and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluent in English, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in migration or modernization projects
Technical proficiency for data validation and analysis
