As Lead - Boiler for One Unit of BTG Nabinagar project, you will be responsible for the completion of the boiler package within the specified time and cost, ensuring utmost safety and quality standards. Your primary duties will include: - End to end responsibility for the completion of the boiler package - Maintaining a steady relationship with the customer - Ensuring timely certification and collection of receivables - Monitoring resources for effective utilization - Just in time mobilization and timely demobilization - Efficient management of team and vendors for smooth workflow - Handling internal and external interfaces and resolving them with all stakeholders - Creating a healthy working atmosphere within the team for optimal output Qualifications required for this position: - Minimum of 20-21 years of experience - Skills in construction and project management - Minimum qualification of PROGRAM IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT LEVEL -1 Please note that the role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.,
