As the Lead Barista & Caf Manager, you will be responsible for brewing and serving specialty coffee with consistency and quality. Additionally, you will oversee and manage end-to-end caf operations, leading the barista team. Your role will involve maintaining inventory, equipment, and ensuring exceptional customer experience, sales, and business growth. You will also be expected to innovate with new beverages, conduct coffee training sessions, and participate in events. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 10 months of experience as a barista, with leadership or management experience being preferred. You should possess strong coffee knowledge, excellent team management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service efficiently. Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (at least two languages) is required, with preference given to candidates fluent in all three languages. Most importantly, we are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for coffee. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from 25,000 to 32,000, along with incentives based on your experience and skills.
