Lead Backend Engineer, Web3 & Payment

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Role Overview: Our client, a cutting-edge Web3 wallet, is seeking a talented individual to join their team. Your main responsibilities will include gaining a deep understanding and application of blockchain technology, collaborating with product and design teams to optimize user experience, exploring and evaluating new technologies, managing project timelines, writing clear and maintainable code, conducting rigorous code reviews, and enhancing system performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Gain deep understanding and application of blockchain technology, especially in multi-chain interoperability and wallet integration. - Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and optimize user experience. - Explore and evaluate new technologies, providing guidance to the team to ensure the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. - Manage project timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. - Write clear, maintainable code and conduct rigorous code reviews. - Solve technical challenges and improve system performance and reliability. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - At least 5 years of backend development experience, including a minimum of 2 years using Node.js and Go. - In-depth understanding of Web3, blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps). - Experience or a deep understanding of multi-chain wallet integration and management, including but not limited to Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, etc. - Familiarity with blockchain node management and transaction processing mechanisms. - Excellent team leadership and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. - Language Proficiency: English and Mandarin In addition to the above qualifications, the following preferred qualifications are desirable: - Practical project experience in DeFi or related blockchain fields. - Deep understanding of cryptocurrency trading and security. - Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in relevant technical communities.,
