Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Automation Test Engineer to lead our test automation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing automated test frameworks and leading a team of test engineers. You will work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of automation testing strategies for web, mobile, or API-based applications. Design and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, etc. Develop and execute automated test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. Guide and mentor a team of test engineers and ensure best testing practices are followed. Collaborate with developers and business teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with the team for resolution. Maintain test documentation and regularly update automation test suites. Provide regular status updates and reports to project stakeholders. Required Skills: 813 years of experience in software testing, with strong expertise in automation testing. Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assured, Postman, or similar. Strong programming/scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#. Experience in API testing and tools like Postman, SoapUI, or Rest Assured. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.
