Lead Auditor IT & Cyber Security

As an IT Security Auditor at our company, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Role Overview: You will assist the Head of Internal Audit in the day-to-day running of IT security audits. This includes leading the audit planning efforts, developing risk-based audit plans, and continuously improving IA documentation to align with Global IIA standards. You will also plan, organize, and supervise IT security audit projects, following an agile auditing approach to deliver high-quality outcomes. Additionally, you will work closely with co-sourced partners to meet audit objectives and timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Head of Internal Audit in IT security audits - Lead audit planning efforts and develop risk-based audit plans - Improve IA documentation to align with Global IIA standards - Plan, organize, and supervise IT security audit projects - Follow agile auditing approach for high-quality outcomes - Prepare reports and management presentations reflecting audit outcomes - Work with co-sourced partners to meet audit objectives and timelines - Make recommendations to improve processes and ensure timely closure of actions - Write high-quality audit reports praised for accuracy, brevity, and clarity - Complete IA self-assessments with improved outcomes yearly Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 12 to 14 years of IT and Cyber security auditing experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems - Understanding of regulatory and statutory expectations, including System and IS Audits - Experience handling regulatory audit mandates for various products/licenses - Strong knowledge of global security standards and frameworks - Proficiency in data analytics and familiarity with data visualization tools - Proactive, independent, resourceful, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills - Ability to work with a small team of auditors in a fast-paced environment - Strong ethics and integrity in all situations - Globally recognized certifications in technical security areas preferred In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work in a positive, dynamic environment that encourages learning and innovation.
