Lead Assistant Manager

You have an exciting opportunity to join as a Lead Assistant Manager at our organization. As a Lead Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for utilizing your 2-4 years of experience in using Microsoft SQL Server (version 2008 or later) to create and maintain complex T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures. Additionally, you will be expected to have 0 -1+ year experience in performing advanced ETL development, including various dataflow transformation tasks. In this role, you will play a crucial part in monitoring and improving performance by optimizing the code and creating indexes. Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel is essential for this position. Knowledge of descriptive statistical modeling methodologies and techniques such as classification, regression, and association activities will be beneficial to support statistical analysis in various healthcare data. Moreover, you should possess a strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and have excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include compiling data, creating reports, and presenting information using tools like query, MS Excel, SSRS, Tableau, PowerBI, etc. Proficiency in various data forms including star and snowflake schemas is preferred.
