Job Description

As a solution architect for Arti/PruChat, your role involves developing new features and scaling up the system using technologies like Retrieval Augmented-Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Your responsibilities include: - Demonstrating experience in developing chatbot solutions. - Understanding end-to-end solution patterns of chatbot solutions and related trade-offs. - Collaboratively working with stakeholders and technical team members in an agile environment. - Working on chatbot interfaces and their integration with backend systems. - Utilizing cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure (preferably AWS). - Programming experience in Python, NodeJS, and Java. - Designing, developing, and deploying chatbot solutions. - Developing and consuming APIs that interact with LLMs. - Engaging in prompt engineering with LLMs and understanding the advantages and limitations of different LLMs. - Demonstrating fluency in core concepts of RAG, LLMs, and prompt engineering. - Experience with traditional conversational AI platforms would be a plus. - Understanding aspects like concurrency, latency, and trade-offs between high accuracy, cost, and security. - Experience with end-to-end solution design to deployment process would be beneficial.
