Job Description

As a Solution Architect at the company, you will play a vital role in developing new features for Arti/PruChat, scaling up the system, and managing deployments across different settings. Your expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Retrieval Augmented-Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs) will be crucial in optimizing performance for latency costs concurrency while ensuring high accuracy and security. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop chatbot solutions and demonstrate expertise in this area. - Understand end-to-end solution patterns of chatbot solutions and related trade-offs. - Collaborate with stakeholders and technical team members in an agile environment. - Work on chatbot interfaces and integrate them with backend systems. - Utilize cloud technologies like AWS and Azure, with a preference for AWS. - Utilize programming languages such as Python, NodeJS, and Java. - Design, develop, and deploy chatbot solutions effectively. - Develop and consume APIs that interact with LLMs. - Engage in prompt engineering with LLMs and comprehend the advantages/limitations of different LLMs. - Apply core concepts of RAG, LLMs, and prompt engineering proficiently. - Familiarity with traditional conversational AI platforms will be advantageous. - Understand concurrency, latency, and trade-offs between high accuracy, cost, and security. - Experience in end-to-end solution design to deployment process is a strong plus. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong experience in developing chatbot solutions. - Proficient in cloud technologies particularly AWS and Azure (AWS preferred). - Programming expertise in Python, NodeJS, and Java. - Prior experience in developing and deploying chatbot solutions. - Familiarity with consuming APIs that interact with LLMs. - Knowledge of prompt engineering with LLMs and various LLMs. - Understanding of RAG, LLMs, and prompt engineering concepts. - Experience with cloud environments like AWS or Azure. - Ability to comprehend and apply aspects of concurrency, latency, and trade-offs in system optimization.,
