Lead Architect (.Net core)

The position of Principal / Lead Developer (.Net) based in Pune requires a skilled SDE 3 / Lead Engineer with expertise in the .NET tech stack. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure .NET applications. Your role will involve leading the end-to-end development of complex features, ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture and design patterns. Furthermore, you will optimize application performance, scalability, and security while driving code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions. It is essential to provide direction to the teams in establishing excellent engineering practices and fostering a culture of innovation through cross-collaboration and project execution across multiple teams. You will be expected to architect designs of critical Pillr Health systems and features, collaborating with engineering teams to implement products using microservices on Azure. Regular interaction with Product Managers, Software Development Managers, and key stakeholders is required to understand and execute the product vision effectively. Additionally, mentoring and training team members on design techniques and coding standards is part of the role. The development of highly secure and scalable products handling critical healthcare data using .NET, Entity Framework, MSSQL Server, and Redis is of utmost importance. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8+ years of experience in designing API based systems in the .NET tech stack, along with 2+ years of experience in Azure cloud. Expertise in RESTful API development, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures is required, along with a strong understanding of Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server. Experience with Azure Cloud platform and DevOps pipelines, unit testing, integration testing, authentication & authorization mechanisms, and frontend technologies like React and Angular is desirable. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential for this role.,
