Designation/Role: Lead Architect - Java Experience : 12-18 years Location : ( India - Pune ) Job Description : Strong hands-on experience with Java and Python services and building highly available software Proven experience in software development methodologies Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task Experience as part of an Agile engineering or development team Strong hands-on experience and understanding of working in an AWS cloud native environment (specifically, EMR Spark, S3, Lambda, Kinesis) Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins SpringBoot, Gradle, Ansible GitHub/GitFlow OCP/Kubernetes technologies Artifactory Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD, Cucumber test framework) Experience writing unit and service level tests to ensure adequate code coverage Proven skills in high availability and scalability design, as well as performance monitoring Experience developing and implementing API service architecture Experience in working with relational databases Experience provisioning infrastructure with Terraform and Cloud Formation Understanding of messaging systems like MQ, Rabbit MQ, Kafka, or Kinesis Effective communication and collaboration skills to be able to partner with business stakeholders and other technical teams Domain preference for experience in Settlement payments systems. Qualifications: A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. Strong planning and organizational skills
