Role & responsibilities Design and develop scalable Appian applications using Appian BPM suite (including SAIL, Process Models, Rules, Reports, and Integrations). Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Integrate Appian with external systems using REST, SOAP, RDBMS, and other integration patterns. Review code and provide feedback to junior developers and peers to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality output. Monitor and optimize performance of Appian applications and provide support during and after deployment. Contribute to architectural decisions and Appian platform governance.
