Lead Animator_2D with Healthcare

As a Lead Animator at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating video content and assets for various media channels. Your expertise in Adobe Suite and other design software will be key in delivering high-quality motion graphics and animations. Collaboration with the creative team is essential to meet company goals and media initiatives, so your ability to work well in a team is paramount. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for diverse projects such as advertisements, marketing campaigns, and social media content. - Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and team members to develop and execute innovative visual concepts. - Create storyboards, sketches, and mock-ups to effectively communicate ideas. - Utilize industry-standard software and tools for designing and animating graphics. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and visual effects. - Take initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutions. - Ensure timely completion of projects meeting the highest quality standards. Major Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - Proven experience in motion graphics and visual effects with a strong portfolio. - Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. - Continuous learning attitude towards new techniques and technologies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently. - Strong visual and conceptual skills for creative problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in a senior or lead role within a creative agency, production studio, or video production company. - Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation techniques. - Knowledge of video editing, compositing, sound design, and audio editing. - Experience with visual effects (VFX) and special effects (SFX).
