Lead Angular-Team Lead

You will be responsible for understanding the business requirements and designing, developing web applications using C#, Angular 2+ version, and TypeScript. Your key responsibilities will include leading the team to achieve company goals, acting as the interface between the team and management, handling risks and providing mitigation strategies, designing, developing, and unit testing applications in accordance with established standards, preparing reports, manuals, and documentation on software status, operation, and maintenance, analyzing and resolving technical and application problems, adhering to high-quality development principles, delivering solutions on time and on budget, providing third-level support to business users, ensuring compliance with process and quality management standards, having a solid understanding of SDLC processes, reporting status with alarms, explanations, and solutions, promptly escalating issues to the reporting manager, tracking and resolving issues. Qualifications required for this role include: - In-depth knowledge of Angular 8 or above, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Adequate knowledge of API development technologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good knowledge of current technology trends - Ability to prepare Low Level Design - Understanding of DevOps process for CI/CD - Solid understanding of SDLC process using Waterfall, Iterative, or Agile Methodology - Good knowledge of quality processes and standards - Experience in handling risk and providing mitigation strategies Primary skills required: - 8+ years of experience in Angular 8+ version and TypeScript - Minimum 5 years of experience in web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, Entity framework, and Linq Queries - Experience in leading a team - Good exposure to query writing and DB management - Understanding of project architecture - Providing technical guidance to the team - Assisting project manager in project coordination/management Secondary skills required: - Experience in analyzing existing code and debugging - Experience in product development - Understanding of SDLC processes - Experience in following DevOps processes using Jenkins or other tools - Experience in Test Driven Development using Nunit, Jasmine, and Protractor Please note that the company size is a startup/small enterprise, the experience required is 10-15 years, working days are 5 days/week, and the office location is Koramangala, Bengaluru.,
