Job Summary:

Lead Anaplan Model Builder

Key Responsibilities:

Model Design & Development:

• Build Anaplan models using best practices (DISCO, PLANS methodology).
  
• Develop modules, dashboards, actions, and workflows for planning use cases.
  
• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
  

Data Integration & Validation:

• Integrate Anaplan with ERP, CRM, BI tools using APIs or ETL tools.
  
• Work with Google BigQuery, Oracle/SQL databases for data validation and flows.
  
• Build and manage import/export actions and handle errors effectively.
  

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead junior model builders and offshore teams.
  
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business users.
  
• Support UAT, training, documentation, and go-live activities.
  

Optimization & Support:

• Monitor and optimize model performance and usability.
  
• Apply naming conventions, documentation standards, and version control.
  
• Contribute to ongoing support, enhancements, and user enablement.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
  
• 5+ years of Anaplan experience in supply chain/demand planning projects.
  

• Anaplan Level 3 Certified / Solution Architect (Required)

• Proficiency in Anaplan formulas, access controls, optimization techniques.
  
• Experience with APIs (bulk, transactional, SCIM), Cloud Works, Big Query, and Composer.
  
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, S&OP, inventory planning.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master Anaplanner certification is highly desirable.
  
• Experience in Polaris, Workflow, and Anaplan Data Orchestrator.
  
• Industry experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, life sciences, or retail.
  
• Familiarity with tools like Blue Yonder, PL/SQL, Python, Unix, Control-M.
  
• Agile methodology experience (The Anaplan Way preferred).
