About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Analog Circuit Design Engineer to lead our high-performance analog design team. This role is ideal for a technically strong individual with proven leadership capabilities and a passion for developing cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal IPs. You will drive innovation across advanced process nodes and mentor a team of talented engineers in delivering silicon-proven designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of analog and mixed-signal circuits such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs, LDOs, bandgap references, and high-speed I/Os.
• Define architecture, drive design reviews, and ensure first-pass silicon success.
• Manage and mentor a team of analog designers across multiple projects and locations.
• Collaborate with layout, digital, verification, and system teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Own the full design cycle: specification, schematic capture, simulation, layout supervision, post-layout verification, and lab validation.
• Interface with foundries and vendors for PDK updates, process migration, and tape-out logistics.
• Contribute to strategic planning, resource allocation, and roadmap development for analog IPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design with multiple successful tape-outs.
• Strong expertise in CMOS analog design fundamentals and FinFET technologies.
• Proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and Mentor Calibre.
• Experience with advanced nodes (e.g., TSMC N3/N5/N6) is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex IPs on schedule.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
