Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable, secure, high-performance GenAI architectures and integrate with enterprise systems.

• Lead selection, fine-tuning, and deployment of generative AI frameworks (GPT-4, Llama, Claude, Gemini).

• Define data collection, sanitization, and preparation strategies for model training.

• Guide innovation through emerging technologies like LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel.

• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to technical teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure ethical and responsible AI deployment, compliance with data privacy and AI governance.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Python, Apache Spark.

• Expert in LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama) and transformer models.

• Containerization: Kubernetes, Docker.

• Cloud platforms: Azure/AWS/GCP, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong in LLMOps and model deployment tools.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic thinking.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Datadog, Splunk.

• Relevant certifications in solution architecture.
