Lead, Accounting & Finance

You will be providing local leadership to the Pune accounting and finance team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the month-end close process, reviewing balance sheet account reconciliations, developing billing policies and procedures, analyzing billing trends, expanding accounting and financial reporting activities, preparing monthly trial balance, identifying and implementing billing system improvements, and working on ad hoc projects. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of accounting experience and 2 years of management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with little supervision are essential for this role. Additionally, knowledge of accounting practices, financial statements, and project-based accounting systems will be beneficial.
