Lead - 3D Visualiser

We are seeking dynamic, passionate, and driven individuals to join our design team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in 3D visualization, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. The role requires someone who can communicate effectively, work methodically, and meet deadlines with ease.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead 3D Visualization Projects and Oversee / guide a team of 3D visualizers, ensuring the timely creation of accurate, visually captivating 3D models from architectural plans and design concepts. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior visualizers, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards.

Develop realistic, immersive 3D visualizations of buildings, exterior, and landscapes using industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp,or D5 render.

Lead discussions with architects, designers, and clients to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives, incorporating feedback and adjustments as needed.

Lead client communication and manage project escalations, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with client expectations throughout the 3D visualisation process.

Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, new software tools, and industry trends, integrating them into workflows and inspiring the team to adopt innovative techniques.

Problem-Solving and Innovation: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions, elevating the quality of final outputs.

Contribute to maintaining a team portfolio that showcases a variety of successful projects and diverse visual styles.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years in a similar role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team lead position.

Bachelors Degree in a related field (Architecture, Exterior Design, etc.) is preferred.

Proven leadership experience in 3D visualization, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.

Expertise in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, and rendering tools like V-ray, Lumion, D5 render.

A deep understanding of architectural principles and the ability to interpret blueprints and design concepts with precision.

Advanced skills in texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering techniques to produce high-quality, photorealistic renders.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, delegate tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and creative mindset, with a focus on maintaining high visual standards across all projects.
