Job Title: VP Senior Agile Practitioner (Scrum Master) Location:Pune, India Role Description Working across domain at Team and tribe level, you will collaborate with teams, focusing on all stakeholder value. As a Senior Agile Practitioner (Scrum Master) you will need to be highly motivated as you guide and support the new Agile teams. You will control the processes that the teams engage with on a day-to-day basis, across multiple locations. Working alongside the Product Owner you will need to motivate your team with proven leadership skills, making sure that the teams operate effective Agile methodologies. Managing dependencies across multiple inter-related projects/ products, managing and reporting status of product roadmap and/ or project status, RAID and financial information to support effective decision making Developing project/ product & change artefacts during the change lifecycle, e.g., scope, business case, communication, change management and / or training plans, materials and overseeing / monitoring the execution to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of normal business operations Providing training/mentoring where applicable on various methodologies; including change management, agile, process re-engineering Your skills and experience 10+ years overall IT experience and out of which 5+ years Scrum Master experience in a software driven environment, ideally banking or a similarly regulated environment 5+ years experience of working in an enterprise environment scaling agile (e.g. SAFe, LESS) Previous experience as both Agile Coach & Scrum Master, experience in coaching, teaching and mentoring Very strong communication skills both written and oral Certified practitioner to enable and train teams on the best Agile practices Experience using collaboration tools such as JIRA, JQL, Confluence, GIT etc Experience in other Agile approaches such as Kanban , XP etc Desirable experience Professional Coaching or Facilitating Desirable experience of scaling agility with multiple globally distributed teams Evidence of supporting team focus on high quality delivery Technical Mastery (DevOps, Automation etc) How we'll support you Training and development to help you excel in your career.
