As a Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Specialist at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to manage and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft App-V, and Ivanti Endpoint Manager (LDMS). Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing application virtualization and deployment processes across Windows 7/10/11 environments. - Designing and executing task sequences for OS deployment and application rollouts. - Planning, scheduling, and controlling the release of new software, patches, and security hotfixes for servers and workstations. - Coordinating patch deployment across all end-user devices, ensuring compatibility and compliance. - Collaborating with SOE teams to validate patch compatibility and obtain necessary client/security approvals. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft App-V. - Proficiency in Ivanti Endpoint Manager LDMS and Windows OS environments (Windows 7/10/11). - A solid understanding of application virtualization, patching, and task sequencing. - Experience in release and change management processes within enterprise IT environments. - Ability to analyze patch lists, assess risks, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
