Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads for our company’s services. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of current digital marketing tools and strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging content (posts, reels, blogs, videos) to promote company services such as trading/training programs and entertainment events. Optimize content for SEO and manage website traffic growth through effective strategies. Handle social media accounts, schedule posts, and respond to customer interactions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Work on email marketing campaigns and SMS marketing to nurture leads. Research market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the design and content team to deliver high-quality marketing creatives. Assist in building brand identity and consistency across all digital platforms. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and suggest improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Facebook Ads, Analytics). Good understanding of content marketing, influencer marketing, and lead generation. Creative thinking with excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or video editing tools (preferred).
