As an IT IAM Security Analyst (Identity Management) at our organization, you will be responsible for the development and support of Citcos Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. You will work closely with the IT IAM Manager and collaborate with application IT teams to customize IAM products such as IDM, Arcot, and Siteminder using SDK libraries. Your role will involve developing API/JDBC interfaces to manage application access and creating a Java framework to aggregate user access from applications. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing custom flows in Arcot to handle various authentication rules for different user groups. Your primary accountabilities will include hands-on experience in CA IDM components, such as tasks, screens, BLTH, Identity Policy, and password policy. Proficiency in coding for connectors and prior experience with Core Java and IDM SDK customization will be highly preferable. You will also be expected to troubleshoot and manage issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. Moreover, you will be involved in the installation and troubleshooting of applications in Unix and Windows environments, with knowledge of Application Server JBOSS, Tomcat, and Apache. Your role will encompass providing analysis, development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and maintenance of IAM systems to impacted users. Collaborating with internal stakeholders on access management requirements and maintaining documentation of processes and procedures related to Information Security will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a graduate degree being a plus. Desired knowledge and skills include proficiency in CA Identity Manager (or equivalent Provisioning system), CA SiteMinder Administration, Single Sign-On, SAML, Federation, CA Strong Authentication support, Privilege Access Management, and Certificate Authority. You will have the opportunity to work independently, demonstrate a professional demeanor, train other staff members, and interact with various support and development groups, security team staff, business management, and end-users. Your role will also involve troubleshooting, supporting, and resolving system incidents, problems, and changes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and maintaining documentation of relevant processes and guidelines.,
