The job is located in Whitefield, Bangalore and requires the candidate to have an MBA (HR) qualification without any backlogs. As an intern in this role, you will assist in various HR projects such as employee surveys, policy reviews, and updates. Your responsibilities will include conducting research on HR best practices, collaborating with the HR team, and ensuring project goals are achieved. You will also be involved in organizing employee engagement activities like team-building events, workshops, and social gatherings. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting and reporting training data including outcomes, satisfaction scores, and KPIs. Analyzing training feedback, evaluating program effectiveness, and identifying areas for improvement will be part of your role. Furthermore, you will support Learning and Development (L&D) coordination by planning, scheduling, and coordinating internal and external training programs. Managing training calendars, communicating schedules to employees and departments, and tracking attendance and feedback for all learning programs will be essential tasks. This internship opportunity is for a duration of 6 months with a flexible schedule and food provided.
