Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team responsible for recovering outstanding debts from customers through various channels such as soft bucket, repossession, NPA management, and debt recovery. Oversee the entire collections process from initial stages to final realization of dues. Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to auto loans (car loan), commercial vehicle loans (CVL), used car loans (UCL), tractor loans (TL), refinancing, four-wheeler finance, LCV financing, HCV financing, auto finance & refinance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales teams to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
