Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer/Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing workflows, configuring connectors, and ensuring compliance with security best practices. Key Responsibilities: Gather business and technical requirements for IAM implementations. Develop build map rules, LCM (Lifecycle Manager) events, and workflows within SailPoint IdentityIQ . Install, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ to support identity provisioning and governance. Perform upgrades, including migrating from SailPoint 7.0 to 7.3 Patch1 . Develop and maintain IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ . Configure and manage user aggregation and provisioning using various connectors. Implement identity and access management solutions to ensure secure access to critical systems. Develop and integrate SailPoint solutions with applications, directories, and external systems using APIs and connectors. Ensure IAM solutions comply with security best practices and relevant regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues to ensure seamless operations. Required Skills & Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) , with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation . Strong expertise in LCM workflows, provisioning, role management, and compliance management . Experience in upgrading SailPoint IdentityIQ from older versions. Knowledge of identity governance, access certification, and role-based access control (RBAC) . Experience with API integrations and custom connectors . Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, and XML for SailPoint development. Understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, databases, and cloud IAM solutions . Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR, NIST, HIPAA ). Preferred Qualifications: SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer (or equivalent certifications). Experience with cloud-based identity solutions (AWS, Azure AD, Okta, etc.) . Strong problem-solving skills with a security-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
