As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales, operations, and profitability of the branch. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive import/export freight sales, develop new business opportunities, and lead the team to achieve a minimum revenue target of 3x the total employee CTC at the branch. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Drive FCL and LCL import/export freight forwarding sales . Meet/exceed branch revenue target of 3x total employee CTC. Acquire 10+ new clients per quarter and grow existing accounts. Build long-term business relationships and secure recurring contracts. Negotiate with carriers and third-party vendors to maximize profitability. Team Leadership & Management: Lead and inspire the branch sales and operations team to meet targets. Mentor, coach, and provide training to elevate team performance. Conduct regular team reviews, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability. Operations & Financial Oversight: Supervise end-to-end shipment execution and ensure excellent customer service. Maintain cost control and branch profitability while optimizing service levels. Ensure adherence to customs, logistics, and industry regulations. Generate periodic performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership. Required Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in freight forwarding, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Deep knowledge of FCL, LCL, customs clearance, and international logistics. Proven ability to lead teams and manage P&L. Excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills. Key Expectations: Sales Target: Generate a minimum of 3x revenue of total CTC. Client Acquisition: Actively expand client portfolio and nurture key accounts. Industry Knowledge: Stay current with freight rates, regulations, and global logistics trends. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with pricing, operations, and documentation teams. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ocean Freight Pricing & Customer Service Executive to join our team. This individual will act as the central point of coordination for pricing, customer service, and sales support for CFS (Container Freight Station) and Integrated Logistics Services (ILS) . The ideal candidate will work closely with internal sales teams, operations, and accounts, and externally with shipping lines, co-loaders, and customers to ensure seamless execution of shipments and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle freight rate inquiries with shipping lines and co-loaders. Maintain monthly rate sheets and participate in RFQs and service contract negotiations. Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounts departments. Visit customers and shipping line partners periodically. Lead the customer service team to provide real-time, accurate updates to customers. Ensure timely response to customer queries, complaints, and documentation requests. Assist in preparation and updating of import/export tariffs and rebate master files. Engage with clients for business development and revenue generation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
