You will be responsible for controlling and monitoring all sales operations, including acquisition and execution processes. You will review and evaluate tender/enquiries terms and conditions from customers, negotiate terms with both customers and internal legal teams to minimize risk and liabilities. Coordinating with the factory to ensure smooth material dispatch and transfer of ownership will be part of your duties. In this role, you will be required to sign offers, tenders, and order acknowledgements. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing the Bid Release Process (BRP) and handling the application of Tender Fees/EMDs through Demand Drafts or Online transfers in Mandix/Nexus. Arranging bank guarantees such as EMD, Bid Security, Advance Bank Guarantee, and Performance Bank Guarantees will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be involved in the issuance of PIDI/Dispatch clearance to the factory for dispatches, as well as preparing and submitting LC documents to the bank and dispatch documents to customers. Collection of expired bank guarantees and EMDs will also fall under your purview. Identifying LD and Bad Debts risks, creating provisions, and conducting quarterly provision reviews will be essential tasks in this role.
